Dealers operate under their own business names, not as franchisees, representatives, agents, or affiliates of the company. The Dealer Marketing Launch Package (logo assets, printed flyers, tri-fold brochures, business cards, postcards, starter five-page website, custom landing pages, HTML email campaigns, radio campaign script, letterhead, press release content, consultation materials, and outreach copy) is created in the dealer's own name for independent use, not as ongoing services, endorsements, or brand authorizations.
